Ringfit
RingFitThis class is recommended for those that have established boxing skill foundations that are looking to develop their boxing skills with an experienced coach.
Participants must have approval from the coach to attend. If the skill level is not adequate participants will be asked to attend a Boxing Basics class first, then progress to BoxFit, then RingFit RingFit also offers sparring for those interested in taking on the challenge of physical contact. All sparring sessions must have prior approval from the RingFit coach and are closely supervised throughout. For clarity - RingFit is a skills based class, BoxFit is focussed more on fitness. Boxfit
BoxFitOur most popular fitness class is guaranteed to give you a full body workout. Our BoxFit classes are designed to challenge everyone, no matter what fitness or skill level. Classes include bag work, partner pads and floor exercises that will help you get results fast! No experience required.

WARRIORFIT
WarriorFit is a comprehensive fitness class involving:
*Functional movements
*High intensity cardio work out
*Skill development
These classes will be programmed in 4 week blocks and you'll see them split across the week in to SWEAT and STRENGTH.
WarriorFit has strategic programming designed to get you FIT AND STRONG using a wide range of equipment and body weight exercises. Every class is different but you can expect to see things like kettle bells, dumbells, boxes, plates, rowers, bikes, barbells, burpees, press ups, squats, lunges. Some classes will include running, however, if you are injured and can't run or do any of the movements our instructors will provide replacement movements.
There will be scaled movements to cater for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes. No matter what your fitness level - WarriorFit is made to push you beyond your limits both physically and mentally.
THE WARRIORFIT COMMUNITY is inclusive, positive and advocates looking out for each others best interests - both inside and outside of the gym. - WarriorFit classes are included in the standard SCF memberships
- You need to be 16 years + to do the WarriorFit classes
- The programming includes some technical movements. For your safety - if you are new to this type of exercise please make sure you are early to class and let the instructor know.
JUNIOR BOXING
WHAT IS JUNIOR BOXING?
A coaching programme for youth to help build fitness, boxing skills, confidence and resilience.
These sessions help build general fitness, conditioning and progressive boxing skills: footwork, technique, speed & power. The focus is on having FUN, getting active and learning to box. It is non-contact but there are additional training options for those that want to take up boxing as a sport and get in the ring.
Best for ages 5 -17 years. At 14, they are able to attend junior boxing as well as the adult BoxFit classes and use the weights and cardio area. Must be 16 to do WarriorFit
WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays at 4.00pm during term time.
LEVEL 1 and 2: 4.00pm - 4.45pm Fitness and Boxing skills / drills
LEVEL 3: Amateur Boxers and those training to fight
4.00pm - 4.45pm: Fitness and Boxing skills / drills
4.45pm- 5.20pm: Sparring

Our new HYBRID class is a dynamic, high intensity and full body workout. This class is 60 minutes and brings the best of Boxing and WarriorFit together.

RAHFIt
RahFit is evolved fitness combining bodyweight exercises and kettlebell movements with a variation of strength building, strength endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, functional movements and mental fortitude.
Ideal for medium to extreme fitness levels, but can be scaled back for brave beginners. It will not only help your physical health and fitness but also give you the tools to build a stronger mental state. RahFit is always changing and evolving.
The evening sessions are a 'train with the trainer' class and are not for the faint hearted. They are an hour long varying between high intensity, grinding conditioning and fun games *Recommended for those with an intermediate to advanced level of fitness
The morning RahFit classes are 45 minutes long and suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
Ideal for medium to extreme fitness levels, but can be scaled back for brave beginners. It will not only help your physical health and fitness but also give you the tools to build a stronger mental state. RahFit is always changing and evolving.
