6 WEEK CHALLENGE FAQS / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I can't make the nutrition and goal setting session. Can I still do the Challenge??
YES. Totally fine - best to be there in person but we can book you in to a catchup session to fill you in.
I can't make the scheduled scan dates. Can I still do the Challenge??
YES. We have the scanner on site and can get you booked in on a separate date.
Please let us know in advance.
I am new to exercise / haven't exercised for a long time, will I be ok to join the Challenge?
YES! Our Challenges are for all fitness and skill levels.
I am vegetarian / vegan / Pescatarian / Keto / on a budget / have a family to cook for / have food allergies....
does the meal plan provide bespoke meals and will it work for my needs?
YES. Every meal plan is bespoke and customised for you.
Can non-members join the challenge just for the 6 weeks?
YES! Absolutely
I don't have the money to pay up front, is there a payment plan option?
YES. T's & C's apply. Non-refundable deposit $100 + a $20 admin fee needs to be paid to register,
then the remainder split over 5 weekly payments.
Are all sessions compulsory? What if I can't make the group sessions?
NO. No sessions are compulsory. We help you build your exercise plan to ensure that you have a programme that works with your schedule. If you can't make the group sessions, we'll find a replacement workout and time and lock that in to your personal weekly exercise schedule.
Are there weights in the programme?
Ideally, YES. But it's not a mandatory part of the Challenge. We'll work with you to build a plan that best suits you, your fitness and skill level. Many of our challengers choose to stick with classes and cardio for their first Challenge or two while they get used to exercise and build confidence in the gym.
I have an injury and can't do XXXX or XXXX, can I still do the challenge?
YES. If you are injured but have the green light from your physio or doctor to do exercise we can help build a bespoke exercise plan to ensure that you still get results.
Are there showers at the gym?
YES.
Is there free car parking at the gym?
YES! There is ample free parking behind our building off Gladstone Road.
