•Before + after FIT 3D SCANS and 2 x weekly group sessions plus full access to all classes and exercise programmes (fat loss or muscle gain)
•Fully customised nutrition plan from the Proforma registered nutritionist and access to the nutritionist throughout the 6 weeks
•Learn about sustainable lifestyle changes. Lose excess fat & keep it off!
•Meet new people, make new friends, develop your skills and confidence at our group sessions
•Learn how to build your own exercise programme so that it works for you during + after the Challenge
•Accountability – we’ll help you set goals & keep you on track to achieve your goals
•Worried you might not make it into the gym?  We’ve got you covered with home workouts
•Fat loss and training tips and hacks throughout the challenge
•Group goal setting and nutrition session on Sunday 14th February to kickstart your goal
•Closed Facebook Group for extra support and motivation from the CREW

IMPORTANT DATES:
* Start of Challenge Scan Date: Saturday 13th February; Final scan date: Monday 29th March
* Goal setting and nutrition kickstart workshop 3pm, Sunday 14th February @ Shane Cameron Fitness
* Group sessions are Wednesday nights at 6.30pm and either Saturday or Sunday mornings @ 7.30am (see schedule)

6 WEEK CHALLENGE FAQS / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I can't make the scheduled scan dates. Can I still do the Challenge??  YES. Totally fine - we can get you booked in on a seperate date.

I can't make the nutrition and goal setting session. Can I still do the Challenge??  YES. Totally fine - Ideal if you can make it as you'll get to meet everyone, including the nutritionist but we can work around that and get you booked in on a seperate date.

I am new to exercise / haven't exercised for a long time, will I be ok to join the Challenge? YES

I am vegetarian / vegan / have food allergies, does the meal plan provide bespoke meals and will it work for my needs? YES
Every meal plan is bespoke and customised to you


Can non-members join the challenge just for the 6 weeks?  YES

Are all sessions compulsory?  What if I can't make the group sessions? 
NO. No sessions are compulsory.  We help you build your exercise plan to ensure that you have a programme that works with your schedule.  If you can't make the group sessions we'll find a replacement workout and time and lock that in to your personal weekly exercise schedule. 

Are there weights in the programme.  Ideally, YES. But it's not a mandatory part of the Challenge. We'll work with you to build a plan that best suits you, your fitness and skill level.  Many of our challengers choose to stick with classes and cardio for their first Challenge or two while they get used to exercise and build confidence in the gym. 

I have an injury and can't do X or X, can I still do the challenge?  YES.  If you are injured but have the green light from your physio or doc to do exercise we can help build a bespoke exercise plan to ensure that you still get results. 

Are there showers at the gym? YES

I don't have the money to pay up front, is there a payment plan option? YES

"My initial goal when I signed up was to lose 8kgs and I achieved that and more - losing 14kgs. At the start I felt extremely nervous as I wasn't sure exactly what I was signing up for but at the end I was so happy I'd done it and have achieved so much!!

A couple of highlights were the group trainings and meeting some awesome people all with a common goal. And doing the personal training sessions with the amazing Chris O’Ferrall. I thought it was extremely good value for money - the group training alone made it worth it. I learned that I can actually do it and really enjoy working out because the trainers make it so fun.

Would I recommend it to others?? Most definitely it was an amazing experience! If I was to give advice to someone that isn’t 100% sure or isn’t confident to join the challenge – I’d say take the leap and do it!! You get to meet some amazing people and trainers who will help you with your fitness journey no matter what level fitness you are".
