Come and try our new BOXFIT BLAST class! It’s a 30 minute high intensity, explosive workout designed to make you sweat! Created by Shane Cameron – this class is not for the faint hearted. Expect to be pushed to your limits, and then right out of your ‘comfort zone’. No boxing experience required, just the grit and determination to keep going when the going gets tough!
In complete contrast, we’re also introducing a 30 minute CORE & MOBILITY class. This class is for every body. Strengthening your core will help with your training and the mobility / stretch component will help your recovery. Come along and try it … your body will thank you for it!
We’ve paired these classes together to give you the option to do both or tap in and out as it suits you. We’re thrilled to be bringing you some fresh classes to give you some variation in your training.
