Starting 3rd of March, join us for a variety of classes that will push you to your limits and help you reach new fitness heights!
NEW CLASS SCHEDULE:
FIRST IN-HOUSE HYROX EVENT – 4th MAY:Get ready for our very first in-house HYROX competition on 25th May! The event will be a Duos competition, and each duo must include at least one current member of Shane Cameron Fitness.
Entries will be released in waves and due to size restrictions preference will be given to SCF members first.
FREE TRIAL: Keen to find out more and give our HYROX sessions a try?
Members and non-members can try our HYROX classes and Run Club for up to 2 weeks. Everyone will then be invited to upgrade to our SCF MAX membership (or new members join on SCF MAX).

What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines running with eight functional workout stations, including sled pushes, rowing, burpees, and more. It’s designed to challenge people of all fitness levels and is an excellent way to improve endurance, strength, and overall fitness. HYROX is for everyone – whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner, you’ll find your place in our training sessions!
HYROX race format (1km run between each exercise):

- Tuesday 5:10 AM - 45-minute HYROX class
- Saturday 6:30 AM - 90-minute HYROX class
