Amanda is a registered leading sport and clinical nutritionist with over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She works with a vast range of clients, from professional athletes, CEOs, models, mums and people with chronic illnesses. She’s also a qualified exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach. Amanda is passionate about helping people reach their health and well-being goals and is well known for her practical nutrition plans that easily adapt to individuals unique lifestyles and preferences. |

“At the beginning of the challenge I knew I wasn’t the “biggest” person, but I also knew I needed to make a change for myself both physically and mentally. I would go to the gym but never really push myself. Being committed on the challenge and watching what I ate made a huge difference in my mentality and how hard I could train. I now try & push my self past my limits & now I have so much more confidence.
The first 2 weeks were the most crucial as this cut out my bad eating habits straight away. People said the first few weeks would be the easiest as it’s the start of the challenge & the last few would be the hardest, however after 4 weeks I had lost around 5kg & I knew from there I could do it; so I pushed for another 5kgs!
This also encourages me to continue setting myself health & fitness goals after the challenge & achieving these too. I would definitely recommend doing the SCF Challenge. You don’t have to be confident – it’s about you & YOUR goals. The Team will push you to achieve your goal no matter how big or small. My favourite class was the 6am WarriorFit, knowing that will be the hardest thing you do all day feels pretty good & Chris’s dance moves a bomb too!"

"My initial goal when I signed up was to lose 8kgs and I achieved that and more - losing 14kgs. At the start I felt extremely nervous as I wasn't sure exactly what I was signing up for but at the end I was so happy I'd done it and have achieved so much!!
A couple of highlights were the group trainings and meeting some awesome people all with a common goal. And doing the personal training sessions with the amazing Chris O’Ferrall. I thought it was extremely good value for money - the group training alone made it worth it. I learned that I can actually do it and really enjoy working out because the trainers make it so fun.
Would I recommend it to others?? Most definitely it was an amazing experience! If I was to give advice to someone that isn’t 100% sure or isn’t confident to join the challenge – I’d say take the leap and do it!! You get to meet some amazing people and trainers who will help you with your fitness journey no matter what level fitness you are."
